What are the cancellation policies
We have very flexible cancellation rules and the following rules apply: Cancellation 24 hours before the day of arrival: The room can be canceled free of charge. Cancellation later than 24 hours before the day of arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price is charged. No show – no arrival: A fee of 100% of the booking price is charged.
When can you check in?
Arrival: from 16.00 and no later than 22, or by agreement. Departure no later than 11.00 or by appointment. We will be very happy if you let us know when you expect to arrive, so that we can be at home when you arrive.
Can you have breakfast?
Breakfast is self-service, but there are full kitchen facilities, and there is free coffee and tea that you can make yourself. In Lidl and Netto 5 minutes’ walk from the house, you can get breakfast from 7:00 in Netto and from 8:00 in Lidl.
