FAQ’s

Arrival: from 15.00 and no later than 22, or by agreement. Departure no later than 11.00 or by appointment. It is possible to arrange keyless check-in. We will be very happy if you let us know when you expect to arrive, so that we can be at home when you arrive.

We do not have credit card facilities and would therefore prefer cash payment. It is also possible to pay in advance via a bank transfer.

We have very flexible cancellation policies and the following rules apply:Cancellation 24 hours before the day of arrival: The room can be canceled free of charge.Cancellation later than 24 hours before the day of arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price is charged.No show – no arrival: A fee of 100% of the booking price.

Unfortunately no pets. We have guests who are allergic to animal hair and therefore cannot house pets. Some guests leave the animals in the car, and then it’s OK.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.
